CyberPanel is separate from WordPress — it's where your website's hosting lives. You'll use it mainly for email accounts and backups.

You won't need this often Most of your day-to-day work happens in WordPress, not CyberPanel. Come here specifically when you need to create an email address, check on a backup, or if our support team asks you to look at something here.
  • Go to your CyberPanel address. This is a different address than your website — it typically looks like https://yourserver-address:8090. Kemet Group Consulting provided this separately from your WordPress login.
  • Enter your CyberPanel username and password. These are different credentials than your WordPress login — don't mix them up.
  • Click "Login." You'll land on the CyberPanel Dashboard, showing an overview of your hosting account.

Browser security warning? Some CyberPanel addresses may show a browser warning like "Your connection is not private" the first time you visit. This is expected for this type of admin panel and does not mean your website is unsafe — your public website has its own, separately verified security certificate. If you're ever unsure, contact support before proceeding.

    What's inside

Once logged in, you'll mainly use these sections:

    • Email — create and manage email addresses like [email protected]
    • Backup — create, download, or restore a backup of your website
    • SSL — check that your website's security certificate is active (this is normally automatic)

We cover each of these in the CyberPanel section of this documentation.

    Trouble logging in?

Double-check you're using your CyberPanel credentials, not your WordPress ones — they're separate systems with separate logins. If you're still stuck, contact Kemet Group Consulting's support team.
