I accidentally deleted a page. Can I get it back?

Yes, almost certainly. WordPress moves deleted pages to a Trash folder instead of removing them right away. Go to Pages, click Trash near the top of the list, find your page, and click Restore. It comes back exactly as it was. Full steps: Restoring a Deleted Page.

My website doesn't look right — something seems off.

First, try a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) — your browser may just be showing an older, cached version. If it still looks wrong after that, check whether you made a recent edit that might be the cause, and consider undoing it. If you're not sure what changed, contact support with a screenshot and we'll take a look.

I can't log in.

Start with "Lost your password?" on the login screen and follow the emailed reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still stuck? Make sure you're using the right login for the right system — WordPress and CyberPanel have separate logins (see WordPress vs. CyberPanel). If none of that works, contact Kemet Group Consulting's support team and we'll get you back in.

My images won't upload.

This is almost always one of two things: the file is too large, or it's in an unsupported format. Try resizing the image (see image optimization tips) and make sure it's a standard JPG or PNG file. If it still won't upload after that, contact support — there may be a storage limit worth checking.

My website is showing an error message.

Take a screenshot of the exact error if you can, note what you were doing right before it appeared, and contact support. Don't try to fix a visible error message by guessing at settings changes — a quick message to us is faster and safer.

My email isn't working.

First, double-check you're using the correct password for that specific email address — see Changing an Email Password. If you can log into webmail but not your email app, the issue is likely with your app's settings rather than the account itself — contact support and we can share the correct settings.

Do I have an online store on my website?

Only if one was specifically built for you — this documentation focuses on the tools included with your current site. If you're interested in adding online sales in the future, contact Kemet Group Consulting and we'll scope out what that would involve.

How do I contact support?

Reach out to Kemet Group Consulting through the same channel you used when your website was built and handed off to you — typically email or your existing project contact. Include a short description of what you're seeing, a screenshot if possible, and which page or area is affected. This helps us help you faster.

Didn't find your question? Try the search bar at the top of any page (Ctrl+K) — most tasks are covered somewhere in this documentation. If you truly can't find an answer, contact support directly.
