Logs are technical records of activity on your website's server. You'll almost never need these — but if our support team ever asks you to check one while troubleshooting an issue together, here's where to look.

Think of this like a car's diagnostic log You don't read it for fun, and you're not expected to interpret it yourself — it's a tool a mechanic (in this case, our support team) uses to pinpoint exactly what happened. Its main value is helping us help you faster.
  • In CyberPanel, find your website in the list and click Manage.
  • Look for a Logs section.
  • You'll typically see an Error Log (records problems) and an Access Log (records visitor activity).

The fastest path is usually just asking us If something on your site looks wrong, it's almost always quicker to contact support directly with a description (and a screenshot, if possible) than to dig through logs yourself. We're happy to take it from there.
